Breakfast was well prepared and great, I appreciated almost everything.

Pleasant hotel with good wi-fi, the location was excellent by taxi to Linate Airport. The staff was really good, provided me with a compact double room. The service was friendly, no complains at all.

The hotel is ok overall with a good location in the University district, clean rooms, excellent staff and a good breakfast.

My room was very small. In particular the shower cubicle was so small that I could hardly use it. The free wireless Internet had no signal in my room so I could not use the Internet at all.

The room was spacious and very comfortable for our family, and having our two dogs with us was seamless. The staff went out of their way to provide us with local recommendations, such as a nearby market that was perfect for quick snacks.

My kids wished for a pool to enjoy some downtime.

The staff is very nice and hostile, pretty close to metro, around there r many good&cheap places to eat.

Not the most quiet rooms cuz of the noise from the street, but can't say it's unbearable. For me was quite fine. Wi-fi's pretty slow for talking on skype.

Impeccably Clean Rooms and Helpful Staff

I stayed for one night and was impressed by how clean the room was. It really was like they pay attention to every detail. The staff was consistently helpful, particularly with local dining recommendations that took my experience to another level. I loved how conveniently located it was, with a carrefour market nearby for easy snack access. An area for improvement would be the breakfast variety, as I felt it could offer more savory options.

The spacious room was well-equipped with amenities like a safe and an electric kettle. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including gluten-free options. The inconsistent service at the front desk was disappointing, particularly with one staff member being rude during a late-night request for water. The limited snack selection available at the hotel was also a downside, as it didn't meet our expectations.

Take the tram No 5 from the Milan central station and get off at the Piazza Ferravilla (ask the driver to let you know when you're at the stop - they are helpful). The Hotel is about 100 metres from the tram stop and its sign on the side of the building can be seen from the stop behind some buildings on the same side of the tram stop. We bought 1 Euro ticket from the newsagent/tabacconist in the station. Leaving the hotel to Linate airport we caught 2 buses - no 90 (or 91) 3 stops down Viale Romania and then the No 73 ("Linate" on the front of the Bus) to Linate airport. (On the way in, in Milan central station we bought 4 x 1 Euro tickets to cover 2 persons going to and from the Hotel)

Staff very friendly and willing to help with my questions, they have a good sense of humour and the language barrier was non-existant. The hotel's location was excellent with a tram line on the North side and a bus route on it's South side. The restaurant was very cosy and homely, with excellent service and great value for money. The room was very well maintained & cleaned, however the Air Conditioning Unit did not work. Overall, the hotel was exactly what we expected/needed, and I would recommend it for individuals, groups and even families.

The Air Conditioning Unit in the room did not work at all, and was badly needed as it was very stuffy due to weather. The later check-in time was inconvenient.

the location is safe and everything is in walking distnace. the rooms are quite small.
